Friday 6th
Entrant Registration Gate 1 (HOLMES Road Entrance) 10.00am to 6.00pm.
- Exhibition Building Show Set up10.00am to 9.00pm.
- FREE Entrant Campsite Setup from 10.00am to 6.00pm.
- Garage Crawl Display Setup from 10.00am to 6.00pm.
- Trade Site Setup from 10.00am to 6.00pm.
Super power Early bird Go to Whoa practice from 3.00 pm. (weather permitting) - Lilow Auto Tech Bench session 6.00pm - 9.00pm.
- Pizza and coffee available.
- Cruise the Old Speedway Track under Lights from 6.30pm
- Meguiar's Indoor Show Car setup 10.00am to 9.00pm
Please Note that all Full static Show Cars must be set up in the
Exhibition Building by the cut off time, as I will have had enough by then !!!!!!

- Superpower Go to Whoa 10.00am to 1.30pm.
- Rod Stock Motocana/ expression session 2.00pm to 4.00pm.
Sunday 8th
Public Gates and Trade Sites open from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
- Meguiar's Show n Shine 9.00am to 4.00pm.
- Public Gates and Trade Sites open from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
- Rock n Roll Band playing 10.00am to 12.30 pm.
- Grass Driving Events 11.00 onwards
- Cruise Track Open 10.30am to 2.00pm.
- Pinstripe Demos, throughout the day.
- Airbrush Demos, throughout the day
- Rock n Roll Band playing 1.00pm to 2.30 pm.
- Craft & Farmers Market 8.30am to 3.00pm.
- Trophy Presentation 4 - 4.30pm.
- 5.30pm Cruise Track Re-open for those who still need More.
Mini Rods, Due to insurance Limitations, Mini Rods can only be driven at nominated times during the weekend TBA.
Unlimited Indoor Meguiar's Show n Shine spots are available, our Indoor judged portion of the show is being relocated into the New 5000sq mtr Exhibition Building for year Five, we also plan to add custom push bikes and pre '75 drag cars to the itinerary as well as if enough interest exists.
Note, all vehicles displayed inside the exhibition building must remain on their site during public viewing hours, if you have an Elite judged car and wish to compete in the driving event portion of the show please let us know before the event and we will try to allocate a site near an exit door (vehicles may then only be moved under the direction of a Rod Stock Event staff member).
Outdoor
Meguiar's Show n Shine Judging. For those Entrants that are serious about being Judged, a time can be allocated for street driven vehicles to be bought into the exhibition building for final judging to take place otherwise please make sure your Car is parked on the Oval when Not participating in the Driving Events.
On Site Garage Crawl Display. (Limited) Space for those Rodders and Enthusiasts that would like to display their Unfinished Projects thus giving the public a look at the work involved.
Friday Night Bench Session/Cruise the Old Speedway Track

Rod Stock & Custom FREE Entrant Camping, Limited POWERED Entrant Camping is available on site so get in early,
All Entrants camping can have either powered or an UN-powered site, with the FREE use of toilets and showers.
FREE ENTRANT CAMPING
Camping Set up from Friday 10am, Departure Mon.
An official at Registration will guide entrant to the camping area upon arrival for the weekend.
The Event Promoter reserves the right to alter the event itinerary, event start times and or cancel driving events due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the course of the weekend.

Driving Event Times
Event Guide Times are just that, if we need to extend the duration time of any Driving event, to cater for Entrant numbers we will.
Vehicle Requirements, Pre 1980, Full Rego or Club permit ONLY, NO unregistered or Blatantly un roadworthy vehicles ( ie: no brakes or exhausts dragging on the ground) will be allowed entry to the event. To keep the Driving Events Fair NO Full Drag Slicks will be allowed on competing Vehicles, a catch can and secure battery is required, no passengers allowed in dicky seats during driving events.
